How many layers should my cellular shades have?
It depends. You can select from models with one, two or three layers of honeycomb cells. The single-layer models are the lightest, while t the triple-layer ones offer the highest level of insulation, but are also the heaviest and thickest. Naturally, ones with a double layer make for a happy medium between the two. You should make a choice based on your individual needs.
Can I vacuum the shades in my house using the crevice tool?
You should refrain from doing this. When you use this tool, the suction is very powerful and you can damage the crease and the fabric or damage the vanes. You should stick to using the upholstery tool, as it is specially design not to damage these sorts of items.
Should the color of my window blinds match the furniture?
There is no such interior design requirement, so to speak. You can readily choose any color that you like.
